This month (5/12/2011) the United Russia party, the UR won the elections. I would like to tell a lot about this topic, but there's so many things to discuss. What worries me is not the fact that Putin's party decreased "in favour" with the russians, but this is an excellent moment for the USA to take advantage to try to destabilize Russia. Right after Putin's victory, United States's Secretary of State Hillary Clinton announced that she was "worried" about the elections, and that "the russian people" were supposed to be listened and be free.
Cliton was at the time, in Bonn, gathered with all european nations, including the former soviet republics. Besides the western media appointing a UR great defeat in parliament, she continued to say that the election's results were altered by the Kremlim, that it was a Putin's scheme to maintain himself in power. She said that human rights were being violated, and the russians were being supressed by authoritarian measures.
So, why this sudden interest and attacks of US in Russia's politics and affairs?
Things are getting hotter in this winter....
Let us remember that the World is passing through an economic crisis. Basically, USA's economy is belligerant, in other words, they must engage war all the time to have a profit. They engaged war with Iraq and with UN's support, they've won. They say Iran is producing nuclear warheads, with support of North Korea. As the yankee finantials were getting worst, and Obama's popularity's decreased, they found a new enemy: Lybia.
They made up a story to the western world that the lybians were suffering in the hands of Muammar Gaddafi, and convinced NATO to take over the country. Allied together with the other europeans interests (like lybian oil, for example), they made the first step for "Africa's recolonization". They enjoyed the moment of the Arab Awakening that happened in Egypt, to turn the world's eyes against Gaddafi dictatorial politics.
It worked!
As USA has nothing to lose, since its economy is going bankrupt steady, they try to incorporate Middle East in United States zone of influence. Now Syria is the target.
At the time of Lybia's invasion, Russia and China for example remained silent. Now that these two nations lost part of the Oil commerce in Lybia, they watch carefully the NATO actions in Syria. if NATO takes over Syria, by sending money for rebels as they did in Lybia, nothing will stop the Western advance towards Iran, Russia and China. A great war may start.
Well, now that we realized what's happening in the Political Theater, let's get back to the Russia topic. Russia recently sent warships to the Persian Gulf, as well as China and Iran are preparing them to a war that may happen, in case of NATO's advance.
Hillary Clinton admited that the US government are backing the revolts and strikes that are happening in Russia, to depose Putin. After Clinton declared her concerns on Russia, Putin striked back with the following:
"I noticed the first reaction of our US colleagues. The Secretary of State immediately began to assess our elections. She said it was unfair and manipulated, prior receiving info from observers of democratic institutions and human rights that assessed elections in our country. The Secretary spoke directly to some characters that are already in Russia. She sent them a signal. And they started to work right after, with of United States State Department support."
Putin winning the elections means an assertive Russia. A Russia that is able to influence in the following world events, setting firm deals with China and other countries with thriving economies. A Russia that strongly rejects U.S. plans for a "New Middle East in name of democracy".
When we observe money being used to influence in a country's domestical politics, we all have a problem. I'm speaking as a latin american point of view, the same Latin America that was robbed naked by everybody, and still is.
In summary, we can say that:
-Clinton's words are clearly a direct accusation (inciting the russian people opinion)
-Putin accused USA of interfering in domestical affairs
-Putin is aware exactly what are the intentions of the yankees towards Russia
-Putin firmly declared that changes are going to happen
It's unacceptable to accept such thing. I'm afraid that the strikes can get real serious, and I could not let this event to pass without writing my opinion about it. I may be wrong, but.... We all should analyze facts by all possible sides.
